Taking Blood Sample:

Prospect the veins in the two arms and select the best
clear vein to you.
Attach the arm from the upper part by elastic ligament to help you in more determination of the vein.
Disinfect the place you will inject then insert the syringe gently and withdraw the suitable amount of blood that you need.

Note: difference between plasma & serum:
Plasma produced when we centrifuge EDTA blood.
but
Serum produced when we centrifuge fresh blood.

طريقة سحب عينات الدم فى المعمل

وهنا للايضاح يتم التعرف على سحب عينة الدم عن طريق استكشاف الوريد المناسب ويساعد على ذلك الرباط المطاطى الذى يزيد من ضخ الدم فى مكان السحب .

طهر المكان المحدد بقطنة بها كحول ويتم ادخال السرنجة ببطء ويراعى ان تكون فتحة سن السرنجة المائله الى اعلى عند الدخول .

فى حالة عدم ظهور دم او كان ضعيفا يجب توجيه الذراع الى اسفل ليزيد من السحب.

فى حالة الاطفال

نحدد الوريد والافضل من كف الايد ناخذ سن السرنجة ووندخلة فى الوريد ونضغط على ايد الطفل وعند نزول الدم نجمعه فى انبوبة اختبار
