we must notice the following :
1.food particles partially digested .
2.mucous present or absent .
3.color of the specimen:
normally brown & abnormally yellow or black or green
4.consistency:
formed , semi formed , soft , hard , diarrheic and watery.

تحليل البراز فى المعمل
احطياطات جمع العينة :
- الاناء يجب ان يكون نظيف وجاف لاحضار فيه العينة .
- عدم اختلاط البول مع عينة البراز .
- لا يتعدى وقت استلام العينة عن ساعتين اذا كانت خارج المعمل .
التحضير :
اما باستخدام محلول ملحى 0.9 % او فورمالين .
- يتم اذابة جزء من عينة البراز فى محلول التحضير (ملحى او فورمالين) ثم يلف فى جهاز الطرد المركزى او يترك ساعة يرسب ثم نبدا الفحص المجهرى .
- او فحص سريع مباشر عن طريق اخذ مسحة من العينة ونضعها على الشريحة ونضع نقطة محلول التحضير ونمزجها جيدا لعمل طبقة خفيفة ثم يتم الفحص .

Please if their are some kinds of bacteria found , then i need other tests which i must make for knowing these kind ...
my question is the test is only growing specimen on different plates ?
