RH Test:

For first time pregnant.

Sample is fresh blood or EDTA blood.

Put 10 µ of RH reagent on a slide then put 10 µ of blood on it and mix well .

If + ve so no problem here ( normal ).

If - ve so the female must take the drug of RH after the first new born by 72 hrs.
