This test for testing number of antibiotics against certain organism to find the best one and the most effective on this organism.

Steps:
-Take a swap from the colony by a sterile wire loop and culture it on Muller-hinton agar.
-Leave it incubated for 24 hours at 37ºC.

Result:
You notice now the larger clear zone around an antibiotic means that this antibiotic is the best.
