Procedure :

(As CRP steps) take 10 ? serum with 10 ? reagent of RF on black slide then rotate by hands for 3 min.
if -ve the result -ve .
if +ve the titre 8 mg/dl and repeat by dilution of serum with saline by ratio 1 : 1 [mix1].

10 ? mix1 with 10 ? reagent rotate for 3 min.
if -ve the result 8 mg/dl.
if +ve the titre 16 mg/dl and repeat by dilution of mix 1 by saline by ratio 1 : 1 and so on.

the titre of this test 8 , 16 , 32 , 64 , 128 , 256 .

IMPORTANT COMMENT

The test can be +ve with persons suffering from syphilis OR hepatitis C
